Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
